Leonardo Baez

Dr. Baez was born and raised in Cuernavaca, Mexico. After receiving his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the National University of Mexico School of Veterinary Medicine, he attended Oklahoma State University CVHS for US licensing and continuing credentials. Dr. Baez opened his first clinic in 1984, the Animal Emergency Center of Oklahoma City in 2000, and the Animal Emergency Center in 2007. After retiring for 2 months in 2013, he opened Midtown Vets. Dr. Baez and his wife, Margaretta, have worked together caring for the pets of Oklahoma for over 30 years. They have raised three beautiful daughters Gabriella, Tess, and Amanda, and have one grandson, Lux, with another on the way.
