Jon Gary
Superintendent, City of Oklahoma City Animal Welfare Division
Jon Gary is the Superintendent for Oklahoma City Animal Welfare. He has been with Oklahoma City Animal Welfare for the past 22 years working in all areas of the organization which includes 10 years as the Operations Manager and the last 5 as the Superintendent. Jon Gary has led Oklahoma City to be a progressive municipal animal welfare organization that currently is saving 89% of the animals that enter the shelter. He is also active in the Oklahoma statewide initiative Common Bonds. This initiative has set the goal for the entire state of Oklahoma to achieve a 90% live release rate by 2025.
